As part of Marriott International’s Global Sales EMEA team, she led sales efforts across 12 Southeast European countries, demonstrating strong leadership and market expertise.

Her passion for exotic destinations took her to the Maldives, where she worked with Marriott’s Maldives Cluster Team, collaborating with European wholesalers, OTAs, and luxury tour operators to drive sales and brand presence.

Brigitta also specializes in destination marketing, currently representing the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority in Hungary, Romania, and the Czech Republic, helping boost the island’s visibility in key markets.

Through her company, Boost: Infinite Connection in Tourism, she connects destinations, hotels, and key industry players, driving growth and sales success across the Central & Eastern European region.

Marta Borowska

Account Director – Poland & Baltics

Marta Borowska is a destination marketing and tourism development specialist with extensive experience across public and private sectors. As Account Director for Poland and the Baltics at Boost Tourism, she manages strategic branding and B2B initiatives.

She collaborates with tour operators, DMCs, MICE agencies, travel media, and national tourism organisations to strengthen market presence and visibility for destinations and travel brands. Known for her strong industry network and results-driven approach, Marta identifies growth opportunities, builds strategic partnerships, and translates local assets into targeted, market-relevant messaging.

Her comprehensive understanding of international tourism dynamics allows her to deliver tailored solutions that support long-term destination positioning and stakeholder engagement.

Gergely Domokos

Gergely is an experienced digital communication and creative content expert who has been helping tourism brands grow in Central and Eastern Europe for over ten years. He has worked on many international campaigns, taking part in everything from planning to execution, always bringing fresh ideas and clear strategy to the table.

He focuses on using social media, video content, and strong branding to help companies connect with their audience in real and meaningful ways. Gergely understands how fast the digital world changes and knows how to keep up — creating content that feels current, engaging, and true to each brand’s voice. Whether it’s running cross-border projects, building content plans, or advising on brand identity, he brings creativity, hands-on experience, and a strong sense of what works in today’s market.
